Let me tell you, after all the hype for "new vectoring tools" from Adobe, I was fairly disappointed. Lots of new tools and features, but none of them are useful to our needs. Sure you can make strokes now, but the stroke options are fairly limited. You can choose between 3 end-types and 3 corner types. No numeric values for each to measure intensity. I think I'll stick with fills.
Also, no SVG export options.
So, in a sense, it's exactly the same as CS5 vector-wise. There's a bunch of cool stuff for photo manipulation, though, and I'll be using that a whole bunch.
I might get Illustrator CS6. Not sure yet. I still don't understand CS5.
